Baby chick just born and shivering

My baby chick just hatched about 40 minutes ago and the incubator is at 97 and he is in there shivering what do I do? He is no where dried off yet so I don’t wanna take him out…. Ugh

What's the humidity in the incubator? We won't completely dry in the incubator. If the brooder is warm and set up, you can move him.
