Hi everyone. This is my fourth post in as many days lol but we just got baby chicks for the first time and I swear it’s like having a newborn baby. Everything worries me! Anyway, my newest concern is this: one of the babies keeps sneezing. She still runs around and eats and drinks but is sneezing constantly. None of the others are sneezing. Her eyes look clear but one of her tiny nostrils looks blocked? Should I just try to clean it with a warm cloth?
We are using pine shavings with a large towel over top, so I don’t think that’s the issue. Their food is a little bit dusty but its in one of those chick feeders so they can’t kick it up.
I would love your advice!

It is a respiratory infection. How to fix it I'm not sure but feeding chick vitamins like nutri-drench will give its immune system a boost.

I'm also just going to suggest not using the pine shavings. I didn't like using them, I thought it made one of mine act a bit poorly and I always read that pine shavings are being used when a respiratory infection is involved. Why I have no idea, there should be no link but just leave the shavings out to be safe. Use newspaper to line the bottom.
