Baby chick leg is crocked what should I do?

I Have it taped as if it is spraddle leg but it still is sticking out to the side.

Looks more like a deformity than spraddle leg. Spraddle leg will usually face the normal way, just stretched out to the side. The fact that the foot actually turns outward looks like an issue with the formation of the leg and joint itself.
 
I agree with Queen..from the hip, it doesn't look right. I've had those. I use electical tape to straiten it..holds tight, and believe it or not, it is easy to remove when it's time. I turn the leg in the right position, and pull it even with the other..both..pulled straight out. You may need someone to help you. Then, I put it in a cup, or a low glass. I put paper towel in the bottom so it won't slide around. With this kind of problem, it takes longer to fix than the splayed leg. Can be in a cup for a couple or three days. You will need to feed and water it. That's if, you decide to keep it. :/
