Baby chick not acting right

Hey, I hope someone can help. I just got my baby chicks yesterday and I have one who is laying mostly all the time then goes in circles. Now it's rearing its head up and all the way back like a spasm.
The hatchery is closed now or I would ask them what to do. Should I put her in a little box under the light separate from the others? Poor little thing I feel so bad.
I just don't know what's wrong.
