Baby Chick Not Growing Well

Hello everyone! I have a new flock of two week old chicks. They all came home when they were days old, and they were doing great, but then one just stopped growing as well as the others. I've been reading posts here, and from your advice I've done the following:
1. Moved food and water closer to heat source.
2. Put a divider in the pen to separate the smaller one so she isn't getting trampled by the girls getting bigger by the second!
3. Given her a dose of vitamins.
4. Hand fed her sugar water and watered chicken feeder.
It's only been a day, but she isn't looking any perkier.
My question is - how often should I be hand feeding her. How often should I be giving her the vitamins? It's Poultry Nutri drench.

Will she eat on her own? Can you post pictures of size comparison? @casportpony gave me some really good advice here when my chicks weren't growing so great. (In my case I think it is a genetic predisposition to weak hearts and/or some other weakness that is causing them to grow slow).
