Baby Chick Pulling Out Her Feet Feathers

Hi! I have a 3 day old chick that is pecking her OWN feet feathers and has started bleeding. She also tries to peck the other chicks' eyes aggressively, so I have had to separate her from the others with chicken wire in the same brooding area.

She has plenty of water, food, and heat/no heat options. I put marbles in the brooder to interact with since she was pecking the other chicks' eyes. No overcrowding -- I only have 3 chicks.

1. How do I treat her wound?
2. How do I keep her from pecking herself?
3. How do I train her to not peck others' faces off?
