Baby chick standing off by herself

I have 4 about a week old baby chicks. i’ve had them for a week and one of the baby chicks is now standing off by itself away from others. she is pooping but not running around like she was. Any ideas?
 
She now has watery poop and i thought maybe impacted crop. her vent looks a lil swollen
