Baby Chick Toes......

Me and my DH were very happy/surprised when 10 of our 11 eggs hatched on Nov 1st. (all are doing well) Our big question is how many toes is a chicken suppose to have???? Half of our new babies have 4 toes and the other half has 5. I thought it was 4 and my DH says 5.

Oh Wow! Ok, we have rirs and wlhs as hens and white silkie as roo... I don't think I ever noticed how many toes they have! I guess I will be looking in the morning! Thank you for the info!!
