Baby Chick w/? for Flock?

Sorry, buttttt sometimes I just crack myself up.

Our chicks are 9 days old today. Last night they hunted down and ATE an innocent flying thing that entered their brooder. aka Jurastic Park 7

So today I decided to get some grit, best I could find for now was finch/canary nothing added? Why don't I believe that?? Anywho, I also bought 10 tiny crickets.

Finally the ? I am scared to give them the grit or the crickets.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?? Seriously should I hold off or allow them to eat more, which appears to be what they want???

I found chick grit at TSC.


I give my chicks meal worms and they go crazy over them. The grit, I just add a little bit to their chick feed
