Baby Chick w/ Wet Bottom

Our Cornish Rock chicks are about 1 week old. 1 of the 19 has a wet bottom. See picture (note, the chick is upside down in the pic so I can hold it securely). The vent seems to be clear and this doesn't look like pasty butt. I am wondering if this is gleet and what I can do to clear it up.

I’m not sure what that is but I thought gleet was more common in older birds. There’s a. Article on here about it:
