One of my Dominque chicks almost 4 weeks old has started making a wierd clicking type noise. I also noticed she had some watery diarhea. One of them was acting funny earlier in the week and it was recommend that I treat them with Corid. The rest of them and doing great. Today will be their 5th day on this antibiotic. She still seems to be eating and drinking fine and is running around with the rest of the chicks for the most part. I've also noticed that they have quite a bit of feathers coming in on their backs and chest as well. And ideas on what could be wrong? Or suggestions on what I should do? Any help is appreciated!

I just gave them some plain yogurt with their food mixed in and they all just dove right including her. Maybe this will help with the diarhea.

I hope someone knows, I have the same problem, mine is around 3 weeks or older and is making a weird clicking noise every now and then, except mine has been drinking and eating as usual. I gave her some electrolytes and vitamins in her water and it seems to make the clicking noise happen less. Not sure if this had anything to do with it, but just what I've noticed. Mine has been doing it for 4 days now.

Yes, they have grit mixed in with their feed. I am stopping the Corid now and am going to add the vitamins back to their water. It's a strange noise and everything else about her is fine. No runny or anything... Before they went to bed last night she even had a more solid bowel movement. I don't want this to sound like a crazy question, but is it possible she could be irritated at the feathers she has coming in?

As far as I can tell her lungs seems fine... She wasn't doing it nearly as much this afternoon. For now I will keep an eye on her and make sure nothing gets worse.
