Baby chick with a deformed leg. Please help!

We had a baby chick hatch one week ago today, and he/she has what we believe has a deformed leg. He/she wont put any weight on it and just hops along on one leg :O( Here is the link to a video that I took of him, you can see how he hops along and flails. Is there anything we can do to help this baby? He is eating pretty good, but not as large as his brother/sister who hatched 2 days later. Please help!
