Baby Chick with poop on her back

I have tried unsuccessfully to find an answer so I am hoping someone can help. We moved our 5 week old babies to the coop and they are doing really well so far. Today one of them was walking under the roost bar right when another baby dropped a cecal poop. Her little back is now covered in cecal poop. I tried to use warm water on a paper towel to clean it but it really just smeared it. It is bothering her and she keeps trying to get it off also unsuccessfully. Any thoughts on what I can use that would get it off of her?

Poor baby!!! What bad luck. Maybe a little blue dawn dish soap? You would have to keep her warm til she dried of course but I think cecal poop is the eighth wonder it never comes out.

I guess if Dawn works for oil spills maybe it can handle cecal poop
