Baby chick

I have a week old silkie that has a bad eye. I was told that I can use visine for baby chicks eyes but all I have at the moment is the brand CAREALL sterile eye drops, could I use that or would it hurt my chick? I appreciate the feedback !

i think it would be fine im no vet but if you really need to give it eye drops and thats all you have than i dont see why it would hurt it.
