Baby chick

I got this chick a 3-4 weeks ago he was a bantam baby. I don’t know what kind he/she is but I got it at rural king. I feel like it’s not the size it’s suppose to be. I’ve never raised a bantams so I’m not sure if it’s the correct size. Moms already roosting and he can’t get up there without help.

You know bantams are supposed to be small, right? They are about half the size of a standard chicken. That chick looks about right to me.
