Baby chicken falling back and stumbling

My new chick, Nemo, is falling and twists its head back all the time. It was born yesterday, I don't know how to determine the sex, and it's been kept warm. I'm getting really concerned about it! I'm new to raising chickens, but I've done it a bit when I was a kid.
