Baby chicken got pecked pretty severely

It’s been two days since I found one of my younger chicken got in with the older ones. It was pecked pretty horrible but it’s still alive eating and drinking. I have put neosporin on the wounds and have separated her but she seems still pretty weak and very unstable. I bought some electrolytes and they should be here today or tomorrow. But is there something else I can do til then and also she has crusted blood on her face I don’t want to cause her more pain or stress but should I try and get that offf or leave it alone

sorry for the circumstances. Continue with the Neosporin and make sure that flies do not access the wounds. I would not stress her by cleaning her face. Electrolytes should help. Good luck. I think that you are doing all the right things for her.
