baby chicken help!!

Hello i am getting 4 baby chickens soon and was wondering if i need a heat lamp or not. If i do then what type and how close does it have to be.

I live in brisbane and it is generally 15-30 degrees celcius

They need a heat source of some sort, it needs to be as close or as far away for it to make the right temp. if you are using a lamp, there also needs to be enough room for the chicks to be able to get away from the heat source if they get to hot
