one of my baby chicks is puffed up and is just standing still not eating or drinking and sleeping all the time also looking for warmth all the time is she gonna be ok

Have you shown her where the water and food are? If she doesn't eat very soon she will lose interest and simply die. You may have to pamper her a bit. Get a small amount of crumble mix it with some chick vitamin water, make an oatmeal consistency gruel. Try gently dipping her beak into it to see if she will take it.
Be prepared for her to not make it - some chicks just don't - no known reason just a failure to thrive
