They are outside currently with bigger chickens not full grown just like medium size
I have him on a heating pad and blow drying him

If they do not have a mother (broody hen) then they need to be in a brooder with supplemental heat, heat lamp rated for poultry, or a brooder heat plate. They have no way to stay warm enough unless they have that, or a mother they can get under and get warm. They will likely all die. Another hen will not take them in, they are not hers. If they get cold, they die.

Ok thank you!!! Do you have any home remedies for this one before I can get the coop? To help him?

I’m from Arizona too so could the heat have gotten to him but he feels cold??? He is chirping if that is a good sign????

You need to get it warm. It may be too late, but you can try. A regular incandescent light bulb can be used in an emergency to try to warm it, an LED bulb will not put out warmth. If you can put the chick under the lamp, close enough that there is warmth, not close enough to burn. If you have a thermometer, put in next to the chick. The temperature the first week of life should be 99.5 degrees, and goes down 5 degrees a week. You can also try to get slightly warmed fluids in it. Use a dropper, hold the chick in your hand so it's beak rests in the crease of a finger. Drip the fluid down the crease so it runs to the beak, the chick will swallow it, if not to far gone. Use chick electrolites if you have them, gatorade, or 1/2 tsp of sugar in a cup of water. Make sure it's warm, not cold, not hot.

He needs to be warm.
If you can't get him warm, nothing else will help.

I see you are already using a heating pad and a blow dryer. A heat lamp is another option, or a hot water bottle, or anything else that can get the chick warm without burning it.

A chick's body temperature is supposed to be about 103 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit, so that is how warm you want it to end up. That's a bit warmer than human body temperature.

Depending on the outdoor temperature today, taking the chick out in the sunlight might work too.

Chirping probably is a good sign at this point. A chick that is active and lively and has quit chirping would also be fine.
