You need to get it warm. It may be too late, but you can try. A regular incandescent light bulb can be used in an emergency to try to warm it, an LED bulb will not put out warmth. If you can put the chick under the lamp, close enough that there is warmth, not close enough to burn. If you have a thermometer, put in next to the chick. The temperature the first week of life should be 99.5 degrees, and goes down 5 degrees a week. You can also try to get slightly warmed fluids in it. Use a dropper, hold the chick in your hand so it's beak rests in the crease of a finger. Drip the fluid down the crease so it runs to the beak, the chick will swallow it, if not to far gone. Use chick electrolites if you have them, gatorade, or 1/2 tsp of sugar in a cup of water. Make sure it's warm, not cold, not hot.
