Baby chicks are dying

Thank you soooooo much!!!! I will try these and get back to you!!! It is quiet peeping and then loud when I pick him up if that helps

It is obviously distressed. You really need to try to get it warm, everything else is not going to help if it's cold. If there are others I would work as fast as possible to get something set up, so they can be warm as well, or you will probably lose more. They also may possibly not have had adequate access to food or water if they were out loose with larger birds.

He is breathing really really weird now his mouth is opening and closing and there is liquid sort of like a mucus and he just had a watery poop

It sounds like it's near death. It's probably too late to save it, but you can try. I get started asap on setting up a brooder for any you have left.

Should I give it more Gatorade or is there a food thing thing I can drop if it is too hungry

No food. It's not going to eat in this condition, and getting it hydrated and warm is the priority. Without warmth, nothing else is going to matter. If you can't warm it and revive it at all, it's not going to make it.
