My baby chicks are dying one by one and i notice when they are in the process of dying there eyes are watery and red ... Any help ?

Have you considered cocci? One of the main causes of deaths in chicks. Some symptoms runny poop(may or may not have blood)fluffed feathers,lethargic. If yes,purchase Corid(amprol) Dosage for Corid powder is - 1/2 tsp per gallon of water, Dosage for Corid liquid - 2 tsp per gallon of water. Treat all chicks for 5 days. How well ventilated is your brooder? How hot is it in there? Is it dusty? Are you using cedar chips? Do they have fresh water that's reasonably free of litter all the time?
