baby chick's foot and wing injured - need advice!

Our 3 week old baby chick was injured a few days ago when she got out of the run. Our neighbor who was caring for our chickens this week came back in the evening and the chick was back in the run, but injured. Her wing has a scab and a bare spot and doesn't seem to bother her much. Her foot is injured also, and I'm not sure how to treat it. It seems a bit swollen with a slightly green tint and she limps around next to mama. What is the best treatment for her injuries?

It sounds as if she is healing naturally. Less intervention may be a good thing in this case.
