Baby chicks head keeps twitching and sneezing

I have a two days old baby chick and it's my first time raising one. I've noticed that his head keeps twitching and even in his sleep, that will result in him waking up. He also began sneezing. I don't know what's wrong. I keep him warm and fed. The box he is temporarily staying in is large and has plenty of space. Can someone give me some advice?

Does he have any eye or beak discharge?
Check his bedding for mold
