Baby chicks injuries

A week old chick injured itself on it's leg. It cannot walk firmly for it can't place it's feet on the ground as it walks, instead it limps.
How can I help??

Can you post some photos of the chick, it's feet and how it stands?

Do you notice any swelling of the joints, are the toes curled?

Well, it's sad to say , but she succumbed 3 days ago. We live in Africa and it's cold and rainy now, so I guess she couldn't bear up with the cold. I found her in the morning dead near it's mother hen.
