Baby chicks this morning, some not doing so hot....What can I do.

I ordered 32, Three were doa, I have lost three more. They were super cold when I got them, but they have warmed up. I know there is something I can feed them with a syringe, but I can't remember what it is. Sugar water? I do have the vits in their water, They have had the green gooey stuff. Gro gel. Help, I dont' want to loose any more. And please don't lecture me about buying chicks this early in the mail. Thanks

Dip their beaks and never squirt liquid down the throat or they might aspirate. Dribble alongside the beak with syringe so that they drink it gradually if necessary (I just dip beaks).

Let them drink for an hour or so then offer food only after warm. Never feed a cold chick.
