baby chicks

Hello, and welcome! By all means, you can move them outside, as long as you take a few sensible precautions. Will they be by themselves, or do you plan to add them to an existing flock?
If they are by themselves, make sure your coop and run is completely secured. I would put them in their new coop during daylight hours, and not let them out into the yard or run. Depending on if you have had supplemental heat in the house and nighttime temperatures, you nay want to supply some extra warmth the first few days, especially at night. Let them out into the run during daylight on a day you can be home to keep a casual eye on them. They should be fine!

If you are adding them to an existing flock, you will want to keep them separated from the bigger birds via a temporary fence or by using a wire dog crate. Bigger birds can and will kill newcomers, so the babies need to be protected. More experienced members will no doubt chime in on this, or there are some great articles about integration on the site if you run a search.

What she said^^^^
but I would wean them off heat(if they are still on it) before moving to coop.
More info on your flock and coop may garner more specific suggestions.
