baby chicks

my baby amauracana chicks are getting what looks like new feathers but it also looks like there falling out.

also the one that i think is the rooster is acting a lot more jumpy than usual. any ideas???

You'd need to post pics for any definite answers. If they're really jumpy and loosing feathers out of stress there may be a snake in the coop. Normally, if there are eggs, all the hens lay on one side.

th chicks are about 3 weeks old. so they wont be able to lay eggs.
