Baby cornish cross call

I just checked on my baby cornish cross chicks. One of them is very dirty on its back ens and its but is very swollen. It was in with 5 others I removed it and wiped its butt with a warm paper towel. It went to the bathroom while I was carrying it inside to keep an eye on it. Otherwise it seems ok. It walks around a little and still chirps real loud. It even attempts to pull away while im checking it. I have it in the basement by itself and it is sitting like it is just resting. Any ideas on what to look for amd do for it short of a vet visit? I don't have the funds for a vet visit.

I have read that their poop can block their anus and stop them from being able to poop. Was the poop dried like a plug that you cleaned off?

There was just a thin layer that didn't feel very hard.
