baby duck infected eye

i have a duckling with i think a infected eye should i leave it or do something?

Can you take a picture of your duckling and the eye? At the moment, I would rinse the eye with saline.

Also what does your brooder set up look like? Often eye infections in ducklings is due to not having deep enough water to dunk their head in to clean their eyes and nares properly. I also find they clean better in baths as well.
