we found a baby duck in our yard.it needs a home i live in mt.pleasant michigan please help us.

Do you know what species? If it's a mallard or other wild species, please google local wildlife shelters or rehabilitators, if there's a chance it can be reintroduced I think that'd be best for the lil' guy.

i have talk to wil d life rehibilatators and i looked on line at the different breeds,it is all yellow no markings

Do you have Muscovy duck in your area? could be a Muscovy duckling or Pekin as far as I know wild ducks other than Muscovy don't have solid yellow ducklings.

we live out by a lot of farms so i thought mabe some one dumped i looked around our yard and saw nothing even talked to neighborsasked if
they lost a duck but all said no one had chickens .

That's too bad. do you have water close by like river or lake because ducks will travel far to nest then walk their ducklings to nearest water, and alot do get left behind. Do you know of anyone who would take the lil one in?
