Baby duck rash?

Our baby ducks are 10 days old.
They are now in the bathtub with a heater going for them. The room is 80-90 degrees.
I noticed some red rashy areas on the wings and one has it on her neck.
They are eating well..
I have them on meaty bird as well as boiled egg, greens celery and broccoli also scrambled egg.
They have fresh water in a paint tray in teh tub at all times.

I notice the redness more when they go into the water to clean themselves.
There is onlyu about an inch of water in it.

Anyone that may beable to help me out I woudl be grateful.
I will try and post a pictures also.

I saw the same thing on my pekins when they were a few weeks old. I think it is just where the skin is showing under the down when it gets wet. My ducks are doing great and almost fully feathered now.

That is just their pink baby skin

No need to worry. Soon they will be feathered and you won't even be able to tell.
