Baby duckling Bubbles in eyes

Baby duckling hatched a day ago and is still in incubator but it has bubbles at the corner of its eyes. First time seeing this anyone know what it is?

Everything else looking normal. yolk sac absorbed?
Take the duckling out of the bator and with a washcloth wet with warm water and wrung out gently clean the eyes then watch to see if it returns. A picture would be good
