baby duckling with bleeding umbelical chord

I got 2 baby ducks about 3 or 4 days ago. I let them swim for the first time today and I realized, while they were drying off, that one of them had something that looked like an umbelical cord and it had blood coming off of it. I'm not sure what to do it looks like it my have slowed down on bleeding. Is this okay? How do I help it?
