Baby duckling with mom

Hello! I need some help, we are trying to get more ducklings by letting mom and dad duck do there thing. What do I do after the ducklings they hatch? Will momma duck do everything?

Keep mom/babies in a secure pen away from predators and drakes, besides that and providing feed/water she will take care of the rest.

Will my males kill the babys? Even though all 4 ducks are together?

Drakes have been know to kill ducklings so it best to be safe than sorry.

A lot will, mine don't, but its best not to risk it.
