I'm going to be getting 10 ducklings a combination of cayugas black swedish and blue swedish ducks
I'm going to keep them inside until they are old enough to be put outside with our 4 older ducks. I'm curious the size of totes I should use

Others with more experience with different duck species than I can give better answers but on the subject of totes, I may offer a suggestion.
After brooding the ducklings, will you have a use for the totes?
If nothing specific, I wouldn't go for totes for a number of reasons. For one, they don't have a flat bottom so water can tip over.
The main thing is they can be expensive and not expandable. My suggestion is to opt for large moving boxes from a big box store like Lowe's or Home Depot.
You can get them for about $2 each. As the ducklings grow, you can add boxes cutting doorways between them. Maybe a heat plate in one and water and food in another. After the brief brooding period ends, you can compost the boxes, bedding and feces all together and you won't need to store totes.
I'm not sure why but I remember preferring the dimensions of the Lowe's boxes best.
