baby ducks can i give meds

hi im new to ducks what i was wondering is is it ok to give them duramycin-10 in there water? there belly buttins were still sticking out when they hatched and im worryed about the grems from inside the hatcher makeing them sick. i dont want to lose them. i kmow you can give it to chicks but is it ok for ducks an geese? thanks

water fowl are very sensitive to meds so I would call a vet first before giving any, do you have any iodine you could put some into a spray bottle and add a little water then spray them that should help
