Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.

I need advice. I got a Campbell duck setting on eggs. All are in different stages of development. 4 I can see them just moving below air sack. 1 other is in the air sack but has yet to crack the shell. How long does the process take. I'm getting nervous.
