Baby laying lifeless?!

My baby chick has been doing great until 5 minutes ago and I see it laying sideways almost lifeless. I checked it and its got a paste butt. It’s a polish chick and I don’t know what to do please help! Is it the pasty butt?

the fastest way is to wash the vent under lukewarm running water from a faucet. loosen the dried poop gently without tearing the skin. use a q-tip to clean the vent.

Is it still alive? try some nutri-drench if you have some, a little along the beak if it'll drink. Look up Life-less chick on this forum, it happens often. You might find an answer or more help.
