Baby Mallard Feed

I have 2 baby mallards and I'm feeding them Nutrena 'All Flock.' They love their feed, but I'm wondering if it has too much Cotton Seed Meal in it for them?
The ingredients are listed as: Whole Cleaned Corn, Cotton Seed Meal, Soybean Meal, Processed Gain By-products, Marigold Extract...

Is this too high in Cotton Seed Meal for birds this young?
It is 18% protein and 2.5% fat.

Any advice will be great.

Those stats sound similar to the Flock Raiser I've fed for years.

I heard that cotton seed meal can be toxic in large doses. I was wondering if that being the 2nd ingredient would be too much for their lil bodies to handle?
