Baby Mandarins OMG!!! HELP!!!

I have a mama Mandarin duck in a wood duck nest box right now. She was sitting on 6 eggs but I don't think many were good - I candeled but only confirmed 2 or 3 moving but left the other eggs just in case....I had a hunch and peeked in with a flashlight tonight and saw 2 ducklings for sure. I know once they come out of the nest, they will be really hard to catch....should I go get the hatched ones tonight? Like right now, or is that bad to bug her in case others are hatching? I am so excited but nervous....

6 healthy ducklings!! I couldn't wait....I went to get them and they had all hatched!! This is so awesome, I have had Mandarins for over 3 years hoping for ducklings.....
