Baby Not Thriving?

I hatched out some silkie eggs last week. The last little one to hatch was about four days later than everyone else. It seems to have a goopy eye and just kind of stands around. I've cleaned up its little eye and put an antibiotic cream on it but I'm afraid he/or she isn't going to make it. What can I do for the little bugger to increase its chances of survival?

See if you can find some chick saver or a good vitamin+electrolyte supplement for poultry. That should help it a bit. Good luck!
