Hello everyone, I'm in need of help.

I currently have a pigeon that will hatch tomorrow. The pair for the egg stopped sitting on it and I've checked in on them, and yet, they still stopped sitting.

So I grabbed the egg and it's now in my incubator.

I fear I won't be able to get bird formula to be shipped on time, and none of the stores have any in stock. However, I do have chick starter and was wondering if I could use that for a pigeon hatchling?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Are you sure the egg will hatch?? Did you candle it , and see life inside?? Often times, pigeons will abandon an egg they somehow know inside has no life. :idunno If your pigeon does hatch,,, I suggest you try placing under your pigeon hen,,,, or next to. Generally,, pigeons do have crop milk available, about hatch time. I am not sure how that timing happens,, but my pigeons always fed the new hatched that great stuff. (crop milk)

WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and:welcome
