baby poult hatched this morning doesnt seem to be able to flip over

one of my 3 poults that incubator hatched today is laying sprawled out on its back legs straight out an toes curled. I've turned her /him over a few times but when i go back in it is again on its back. I've given it some water diluted with poly vi sol in a syringe and have been holding him with his feet forced under him. I just sat him down and he stayed upright but wouldn't walk. Can i make a sling or something to train him to stand properly?
