Baby quail jumped 3 feet off incubator onto metal lamp, won't stand up.

I was taking day old quail out of their incubator and one of them decided to jump 3 feet onto the metal bottom of a big lamp. It can not stand up right, and quickly falls onto its back trying to do so. I have been feeding/watering it for the past 12 hours. It does not seem to be hurt, and had no problems before the fall. Please help.
