Baby quail with swollen thigh

I Recently just noticed that one of my baby quails legs is swollen, how can i treat this?

That looks like injury, but I don't see anything to splint or bandage. Unless you want to bring in a vet, I don't think there's much you can to but wait and see if it gets better. There may be others here who have seen this and have more information than I do, though.

What does the cage look like?
How many birds total are in the cage and how old are they?
I would just isolate it in a flat clean cage.
