Baby quail with wry neck and leg that slips

Quail chick has wry neck and since his last tiny growth spurt now has issues standing because his leg slips. Is also smaller than all the other chicks. Please help

I have to agree with 007sean here, it seems the best for you since wry neck is a roulette toss even if u could fix the leg problem which is probably 50/50? By now? But others may say diff idk, good luck

I also agree with @007Sean. This chick isn't going to get better. You might take it to a vet, but I'm willing to bet the vet will tell you the same thing.
