what could I give as treats to newborn baby corturnix quails?

this is all true

one main treat you DON"T want to give them is mealworms, as that can cause them to confuse worms...with toes, you can see how that would end up

Occasionally i'll offer a bit of hardboiled egg, mashed up, usually near molting/feather loss other than that mine live off GBS and love me for it (in quail love = eggs)

Coturnix usually start around 6-8 weeks depending on who answers you first...

And if you ever do the hard-boiled egg route as a treat, I would suggest not giving them their own eggs hard-boiled. You could end up raising egg eaters if you show them that their eggs are good to eat. I have given mine hard-boiled chicken eggs after crushing them up a bit, and they tore into them.

Boiled quail eggs is a nice healthy treat with 'lotza protein.
