I found a robin's nest and decided to take some pictures of the babies as they grew. I thought they were cute. There were four babies total. Its amazing how fast they all grew lol. ( I took the pictures when the mother wasn't there so that way I didn't disturb her.)

Beautiful! Great shots, I have a nest of baby robins in my rhodie, and I just checked on them, there are two and they are big enough now that they stay on the branches of the rhodie outside the nest now. Chirping for mom & dad. They're so cute.

I also have chickadees with babies in my birdhouse.

That blur you see in the hole is the chickadee going in or out, I kept trying to catch them and they were so fast! I still have to get used to all the options on my camera.

i love chickadees lol...these baby robins are still too young to perch, they look so squished in the little nest lol.

They've had a busy momma finding them worms and other things to eat. Cute.

I must have a nest of robins somewhere in my yard because I found 1/2 of a shell on the ground. With as many dense trees as I have (41 Leyland Cyprus trees alone) I would never know where to look for them though. They sure do grow fast!

yea lol.. i asked one of my teachers and she said that they will build their nests at different heights so they could be hard to find. the nest might be near where you found the piece of egg shell.

just wanted to update the babies flew away today lol went to get one last pic and they took off.
