We have 4 baby turkeys and one is strutting is that a early sign of a male they are only 2 weeks old maybe 3
 
Normally yes, though hen poults can imitate the tom strut too. It's not considered a primary characteristic. I've had them strut at just a couple of days old, with not even any feather buds yet.
 
I have five that are five days old and I had one do a strut at a day old! It was so cute lol
 
No matter how much I might have wished otherwise, all our "little" poults that attempted the strut on more than one occasion did, indeed, grow into toms.
